Help In Time Of Need!
2. November 2007 by PWK.
Isn’t it true that some friends run away in the time we need them the most?
The truth is, we cannot depend on other people all the time. When I was young I depended on my parents who took care of me. But when I grew up I became self-dependent to a certain degree.
We all go through situations that trouble us. The nature of the troubles we experience vary from stress to deceit, frustrations to discouragement, and some time, unfortunately, sickness gets in the way.
I have good news. There is a helper that never fails. The Great Helper knows everything you might be going through. I wish you know Him. If you do, it is awesome to know that He “watches over you. The Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm. He will watch over your life; The Lord will watch over your coming and your going both now and forever.” Psalms 121:5-8
If you do not know the Great Helper, you can meet Him even right now as you read this devotion. The great Helper is ready to make your life joyful and safe eternally from the evil one. But the only way we can approach Him is through Jesus His Son. the Bible tells us that if we confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that Jesus is the Son of God, that he came, died and rose again, God is faithful and true to forgive our sins, and to give us eternal life.
Through Jesus, you can walk with God, and come to know His love, mercy, kindness, and power to deliver you in time of need.
Be blessed!
